Exhibitor's Agreement for the 2025 Festival
Parking is limited so all exhibitors will park at a nearby lot,
and ride a free shuttle bus to and from the park.
This works to your advantage since more visitors will be able to park and visit your booth!
Here's the deal:
You'll drive to Senasqua Park and park there to unload.
We have wagons to help you move your things.
You'll unload your stuff into your booth space,
then find a booth sitter to watch your stuff while you move your car.
We'll provide booth sitters, or you can arrange for your own.
You'll move your car to the offsite lot at the Croton Train Station (1½ miles away),
and ride the shuttle bus back to Senasqua Park. Parking at the train station and the
shuttle bus will be provided at no additonal cost.
You'll set up your booth in time for the 11 am opening of the festival.
You'll repeat the above steps in reverse order after the festival closes at 5 pm.
Note that Senasqua Park has clean restrooms with running water,
and we'll provide booth sitters should you want to take a bio-break.
Furthermore, you agree that you are solely responsible for all of the items that you bring to
the Festival, including any loss or damage to those items. Furthermore, you acknowledge that
neither the Village of Croton-on-Hudson nor the Croton Council on the Arts are a party to, or in
any way involved with, sales at the Festival, and you are responsible for any New York State
sales taxes that apply.
